What should I do after I receive my item?
Once you receive your item, be sure to open Otsukai and rate the Friend. You can access this by going to the To Do at the bottom of the screen and choosing either a good or bad rating. If you would like to leave a comment or picture for the Friend, please log in to the browser version of Otsukai and rate the Friend by going to the To Do section.
Why do I need to rate the Friend?
Otsukai safely stores your payment until you have notified us that you have safely received the item. This helps prevents Japanese users from taking your payment without shipping you the correct item. If there is a problem with the item you receive or you have any other worries, please do not hesitate to contact the Otsukai support team.
